Trade Show season is in full swing and the next major exhibition that should be feature highly on your visit list is COAST Miami. On Monday 2nd March it opens to an audience of buyers, wholesalers, manufacturers and corporate decision makers from all over the world. COAST is a fast growing two-day exhibition of Fall/ Winter 2020 collections featuring emerging apparel, leather and footwear, and accessory brands.
Located in the beautiful Miami design district - a dynamic place for art, design, fashion and food -the location provides guests with an optimal experience offering venues for private, corporate events as well as being an area ideal location for film and photography shoots. Hosted at The Moore Building a striking, contemporary white building with a spacious layout and modern architecture, the beautiful open plan floors encased by pretty art deco inspired railings make it as inspirational as the trade show itself.
COAST creates an intimate setting allowing exhibitors to work closely with buyers enabling a more personalised service. The overall goal is to provide a stress-free buying experience for the high-end fashion market. COAST continues to offer the latest trends with a keen eye for fashion that will serve as a gateway, bridging international designers and retailers.
The modern open plan exhibition centre is divided into several showrooms consisting of the Hotline showroom, Community Showroom and Scarlett Showroom to name but a few. Collections available for exploration range from DL1961 Premium Denim, T-shirt brands 143 Tees and EIGHT Tees for finely crafted casual wear, well know labels like MILA and Unsweetened also display their new collections amongst the upcoming names. Accessories, bags and jewellery to inspire you come from fantastic labels such as Cthrough Purses, 27 Miles, Adriana Pappas Jewellery and Liza Schwartz Jewellery Designs.
COAST fashion trade exhibition premiered in 2007, founded by Karen Bennett. Karen has a background in the fashion industry with expertise in couture and contemporary fashion marketing, sales and owner of a successful ownership of an exclusive designer boutique store. The trade show is now onto its 14th show and has grown from its origins with just 30 designers and showrooms to its grander stature now with a maximum capacity of 400 exhibitors showcasing both men and women’s clothing and accessories.
COAST is definitely an exhibition to watch - if not visiting this season perhaps plan for future, as the event will be returning again to the white beached region on 26th October for two days of inspirational Spring/Summer 2021 fashion.
